After a hard work of the first half of 2014 of teaching, nurturing and guiding students who are here with us to study English in Malaysia. We, not only enrich student’s power of English Language but also to show them the beauty of Malaysia. Now, we decided to give a pat on our shoulders and rewarded ourselves to a team outing.
We headed to the Kuala Lumpur downtown, to “BREAKOUT”. Breakout is the first entertainment service in the world which offers the combination of physical and mental games with real-time role playing strategies. Yes it is indeed a game of puzzles, laughter and learning in competition – a perfect formula! We were divided to 3 teams to “breakout’ from 2 different rooms.
Team A – Jerold, Pooi Yee, Patrick, Sharon, Afiq
Team B – Chong Wei, Alya, Alex, Jusri, Rofizi
Team C – Grace, Junos, Elias, Atiqah
Each “Room” has a series of puzzles that we should solve in order to “breakout’. Imagine we were only given 45 minutes to get out of these rooms. Â We found the puzzles challenging, got confused now and again, but ultimately persevered!
We had such a great time figuring out the clues and puzzles. Â It was fun, not only try to solve the riddles, but engage with our colleagues. After 90 minutes of nerve wrecking and nail biting problem solving, and the winning team was Team A! Great job guys!
After that, we head for a Karaoke + Buffet Dinner session. We had VIP room so everybody could enjoy the Karaoke fun together. The best part is, we get to sing for 4 hours + non stop, and the bad part is, after 4 hours, we were so tired after singing and dancing for so long time. Ran out of juice, energy and voice. Overall, everyone had a day together. Looking forward to another team outing!
